When you paste AI output or web content into Word, it can bring hidden characters, forced line breaks, and mixed encoding with it. We call that "format pollution".

Does the scan upload my thesis?
No. The scan runs entirely in your browser. Your file never leaves your device and we never store your content.
Do tokens expire?
Never. Pro tokens are valid indefinitely.
Which file formats are supported?
Currently .docx (Word 2007+). PDF and legacy .doc are not yet supported.
Will you rewrite my academic content?
No. We only check formatting and suggest format fixes. We do not ghostwrite, rewrite, paraphrase, or edit your arguments.
Is checkout secure?
Purchases use established payment partners. Orders and token balances appear in your account. The provider depends on your region (.cn or .com).
How accurate are school templates?
Templates are extracted from public guides and marked as drafts. Always follow your department’s latest Word template. Reports are pre-submission self-checks, not official approval.
Can I get a refund?
Digital tokens and activated plans follow the payment partner’s policy. Read the pricing notes before purchase or contact support by email.
